How are my payments protected?

Unfortunately, no. This is a pre-payment scheme, not a credit account. Payments are made in advance and held in trust until enough has built up to cover your order. We don't offer buy-now-pay-later or credit arrangements.

What is the Pay-By-Instalment scheme?

It's a pre-payment plan that lets you save steadily toward future firewood orders. Your payments go into a dedicated trust account, where they stay until your firewood is delivered. It's built for customers who'd rather spread the cost across the year than face a lump sum right before winter.

Your payments are protected by a formal agreement and held in a dedicated trust account throughout.

The sooner your account's set up and payments start, the sooner you'll have firewood ready when you need it.

Can I get firewood now and pay it off later?

Every payment made through the Pay-By-Instalment scheme goes into a dedicated trust account. The money stays there until your firewood has been delivered — only then is the agreed amount released to Clearwater Firewood. It means your savings are held securely the whole time you're building up credit toward your order.
